About the Role
In this apprenticeship, you will support the daily operations of a busy estate agency office while learning the full property journey, from initial enquiry through to completion or tenancy move-in.
Working alongside experienced property professionals, you will develop industry knowledge and transferable skills in administration, communication, and client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out property viewings for residential sales and rental properties
- Support the sales and lettings journey from enquiry through to completion or move-in
- Maintain accurate records of applicants, properties, and client details
- Communicate with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors
- Provide feedback following viewings and update systems accordingly
- Assist with tenancy progression and associated administration
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Complete general office and administrative duties
- Support property marketing and online listings
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times

Training & Qualification
You will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, gaining structured learning alongside real workplace experience.
