Key Responsibilities
? Provide administrative support to the operations, sales and compliance teams
? Answer incoming calls and respond to customer email enquiries professionally
? Process customer documentation, service records and collection bookings
? Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems
? Assist with scheduling collections and coordinating transport logistics
? Prepare reports, spreadsheets and customer documentation
? Support compliance processes relating to WEEE and environmental regulations
? Assist with invoicing and general office administration tasks
? Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments
? Ensure confidentiality when handling customer and data destruction records
? Contribute to maintaining a professional and efficient office environment
Skills & Qualities Required
? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
? Good organisational and time-management abilities
? Professional and positive attitude
? Willingness to learn and develop new skills
? Attention to detail and accuracy
? Basic IT skills including Microsoft Office applications
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
? GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths preferred
? Interest in administration, business operations or environmental services
? Previous office or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
