Key Responsibilities Business Administration

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across office functions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Compliance & Monitoring Support
  • Assist with audits and monitoring systems

  • Follow up on outstanding compliance actions
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support recruitment administration processes
  • Assist with onboarding documentation for new starters
  • Maintain confidential employee records
Training Administration
  • Update staff training records and compliance trackers
  • Monitor mandatory training completion dates
Office & Operational Support
  • Support the management team with general office duties
