The successful candidate will complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship over an 18-month period, gaining valuable hands-on experience within a professional office and customer service environment.
Key Responsibilities- Managing incoming emails from customers, suppliers, and general enquiries
- Planning installation diaries and organising daily schedules
- Answering telephone calls and arranging customer appointments
- Preparing invoices and quotations and following up outstanding payments
- Providing excellent customer service within the showroom
- Processing customer payments accurately
- Supporting the wider administration team with day-to-day office duties
- Occasional Saturday working may be required
- Good IT and computer skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality
- Reliable attendance and professional attitude
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly and customer-focused approach
