Key Responsibilities Student Services & Administration
- Provide a professional and friendly welcome to students and visitors
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Produce letters, certificates, and official student documentation
- Support student enrolment and collect required documentation
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Monitor attendance and follow up in line with policies
- Process authorised absences and holiday requests
- Assist with student ID cards and noticeboard updates
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and regulatory standards
- Support fee collection alongside internal teams
- Report maintenance or facility issues as required
- Participate in emergency procedures and training
- Collect and monitor student feedback to support service improvements
- Allocate and confirm student accommodation
- Maintain accurate accommodation records and reports
- Monitor occupancy and manage arrival/departure schedules
- Conduct basic health and safety checks where required
- Liaise with accommodation providers and students
- Arrange airport transfers and send confirmations
- Act as a point of contact for student welfare, including under-18s
- Monitor and report welfare concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of welfare interactions
- Support behavioural and accommodation-related cases
- Work flexibly during busy periods, including occasional evenings/weekends
- Organise social events, trips, and activities
- Promote activities via posters, social media, and student platforms
- Track attendance and manage activity budgets
- Liaise with external partners and suppliers
- Complete risk assessments and ensure compliance
- GCSE English and Maths (Grades 9–4 / A*–C or equivalent)
