Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including handling correspondence
- Manage scheduling, filing systems, and document organisation
- Prepare and finalise client reports with accuracy and professional formatting
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails and phone calls)
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and maintain document control systems
- Assist in coordinating site visits, meetings, and training sessions
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4–9 / A–C or equivalent)
Additional relevant qualifications or experience may be considered and can be reflected in the apprenticeship level.
