Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients after exchange
  • Manage communications with buyers, mortgage brokers, developers, agents, and suppliers
  • Coordinate mortgage valuations, snagging reports, and furniture installations
  • Process invoices and purchase orders
  • Handle and resolve client queries and complaints professionally
  • Support the After Sales Manager with exchange and completion tasks
  • Maintain accurate and organised administrative records

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in sales progression, new homes, estate agency, or property investment (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Basic financial or administrative experience
  • Proactive, motivated, and a strong team player

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive salary (dependent on experience)
  • Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 17:30 | Friday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • 28 days holiday + 3 bonus days at Christmas
