Key Responsibilities
As a Business Administration Apprentice, your duties will include:

Communicating with clients and colleagues via telephone and email

Providing professional customer service and responding to client enquiries

Managing and organising shared email inboxes

Preparing and issuing letters and correspondence

Collecting and recording client information accurately
-
Supporting internal teams by arranging client appointments
-
Organising, reporting and maintaining business data
-
Using internal case management and administrative systems
-
Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
-
Completing general administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and document archiving
-
Supporting the reception area when required
Training will be delivered in the workplace with regular assessments and observations.
You will achieve:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard (A-Level equivalent)
