As an apprentice, you'll earn while you learn, work towards an internationally recognised qualification and make an impact from day one. RSM offer opportunities in Audit, Tax, Consulting, Digital and your study route will depend on the business area you choose.
Your qualification pathway could include:
- ACA, ICAS or CIA - Chartered Accountancy (Level 7)
- ATT - Association of Tax Technicians (Level 4)
- AAT - Association of Accounting Technicians (Level 3 and 4)
- CIMA Certificate – Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (Level 7)
- Digital & Technology Solutions Degree (Level 6)
- Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship – (Level 6)
Whichever path you choose, RSM will cover the cost of your qualification.

To be considered, you'll need a minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels (or an equivalent level 3 qualification), or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
