Key Responsibilities

Source applicants using a range of tools, including the internet, job boards, headhunting, and referrals.

Conduct initial telephone interviews with suitable applicants to assess their skills and qualifications.

Edit and format candidate CVs for client submission.

Search the company database to identify candidates with relevant skills for current roles.

Contact candidates to discuss availability and interest in open positions, arranging interviews as required.

Manage and update the candidate database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.

Keep Recruitment Consultants informed of candidate progress and activity.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills

English: GCSE or equivalent (Grade 4/C or above) — Required

Maths: GCSE or equivalent (Grade 4/C or above) — Preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Confident telephone manner and a proactive approach to sourcing talent.
