• Working directly with Business & Commercial clients to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
• Gaining insight into a range of products such as lending, foreign exchange, payments, and merchant services
• Collaborating with engineers and experts to enhance products and create smoother customer experiences
• Learning how risk is managed across the business—including credit underwriting and conduct controls—to support customers and make finance a positive force
