Summary

You’ll get hands-on experience from day one: shooting, editing, brainstorming campaigns and helping deliver content that beats the scroll! You’ll learn from a Team that’s creating work for household brands, while also helping us develop content for our own original TV slate.

Wage

£14,722.50 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

Work

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

What you'll do at work
  • Shooting and editing content for social, campaigns and branded products

  • Supporting the team on set and in the studio

  • Helping brainstorm creative ideas and pitch content concepts

  • Getting stuck into planning and producing shoots

  • Learning how we craft concept strategies that blow up brand personality

  • Helping keep Wander Films ahead with continuous learning & development

  • Keeping the studio tidy and organised, storing kit properly and logging accurate hours

  • Other stuff we might need you to do from time to time

GCSE in:

maths and English (grade 4 or above)
