Main Duties

Accurate data entry and data processing

Collecting and collating information from multiple sources

Preparing client documentation and reports

Producing tailored client-specific data packs

Attending client meetings and recording accurate notes

Preparing data and reports for senior stakeholders (Board and Senior Management)

Excellent GCSE results (minimum Grade 5 / C or above in Maths and English is essential)

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

High attention to detail and accuracy in both data entry and data collection

Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently with minimal supervision

Strong written communication skills to at least GCSE/NVQ level

Strong numerical and analytical skills to at least GCSE/NVQ level

Confident client-facing skills, including professional communication and presentation ability
