A GCSE or equivalent pass in English and math's is beneficial but not essential. If you do not have passes, we will support you in achieving your Functional Skills English and math's qualifications alongside your apprenticeship.
Experience in handling reptiles and aquariums.
- Basic understanding of animal care or a willingness to learn more.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to follow instructions and ask questions when needed.
- Organisational skills for keeping track of tasks, tools, and site visits.
- Driving licence desirable (or working towards one), as travel will become a key part of the role.
Progression into a fully qualified Aquatics Technician role within the team, with increased pay.
