Employer description:
Order intake and processing:
- Receiving orders via telephone, email and any other medium made available such as on-line portals
- Booking parts out of stock and preparing delivery notes
Order Picking/Dispatch:
- Pick parts, package them securely, prepare address labels for couriers
- Goods in/out
- Receipt incoming spare parts into stock and locate them in parts dept
- Book in warranty returned spare parts and locate in the quarantine area
- When necessary, load and unload spare parts and equipment from delivery vehicles
Customer Service:
- Assist customers and internal staff with the identification of spare parts
- Creating quotations for customers
- Assist customers with queries related to departmental issues – such as late deliveries, incorrect parts etc.
- Update customers with ETAs
