Key Responsibilities:

General Administration: Provide administrative support to the management team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.


Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, stock levels, and customer feedback.


Financial Support: Assist with invoicing, processing payments, and preparing financial documents.


Stock Management: Help with stock checks, placing orders, and keeping track of stock levels.


Team Support: Provide general support to the team, including organizing schedules and assisting with team meetings.


Health and Safety Compliance: Help ensure that the business meets all health, safety, and hygiene standards.


Skills and Qualities:

Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

No prior experience required, although some administrative or customer service experience is a plus.

Apprenticeship Details:

Qualification: Level 3 Business Administrator qualification upon completion.
