Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Build and nurture a high-quality talent pool by maintaining regular communication with past and potential candidates.
Ensure all candidate documentation is accurately collected, verified, and maintained in strict compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Assist in matching candidates to suitable apprenticeship opportunities based on their skills, interests, and career aspirations.
Provide guidance to candidates on interview preparation, career pathways, and training opportunities.
Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A keen interest in apprenticeships, recruitment, and career development.
Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or administration (preferred but not
essential).
Pay & Working Hours
Salary: £1,100 - £1,300 per month (based on 4 to 5 working days per week)
