Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing regular updates and support to ensure a seamless and positive experience.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Build and nurture a high-quality talent pool by maintaining regular communication with past and potential candidates.

  • Ensure all candidate documentation is accurately collected, verified, and maintained in strict compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

  • Assist in matching candidates to suitable apprenticeship opportunities based on their skills, interests, and career aspirations.

  • Provide guidance to candidates on interview preparation, career pathways, and training opportunities.

  • Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A keen interest in apprenticeships, recruitment, and career development.

  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Prior experience in recruitment, customer service, or administration (preferred but not

  • essential).

Pay & Working Hours

Salary: £1,100 - £1,300 per month (based on 4 to 5 working days per week)
