Employer description:

The lucky candidate will get to work alongside the maintenance team to:

  • Carry out all corrective and preventive maintenance of Estate property, services, systems, fixtures and fittings as stipulated by the Head of Maintenance.
  • Ensure all work complies to required Health and Safety standards
  • Communicate any property maintenance issues to the Head of Maintenance
  • Work alongside external contractors as required
  • Liaise with the Estate Manager and other teams to ensure all work being undertaken which affects other departments is communicated
  • Provide a high level of service to tenants when carrying out planned maintenance to residential property.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required
