- Set up cases on systems
- Consider evidence and valuing claims
- Handling low value claims from inception to conclusion.
- Speaking to new clients, taking full instructions in relation to road traffic accident claims, assessing liability.
- Submitting claims on the online Official Injury Claim Portal
- Managing a caseload under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients, updating them on case progression.
- Instructing medical experts, valuing claims, and negotiating settlements.
- Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protocols.
- Meeting performance targets and contributing to the firm's success.
- Issuing court proceedings and other aspects of litigation.
