A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Apprentice to join us in our Whitefield Office. As an HR Apprentice, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department whilst gaining valuable development experience in all HR functions.
Duties:
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting induction sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including arranging meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks such as managing HR documentation, and handling employee queries.
• Support HR projects and initiatives, such as the digitalisation of HR records and the updating of policies and procedures.
• Booking facilities when requested (pool vehicles and meeting rooms)
