About the role:
Working within our HR department at Daimler Trucks, your day to day will be varied, including supporting the team working on a range of HR topics. The role will involve, HR administration, employee relations matters, recruitment, and the chance to support with some HR projects.
Using our HR systems, you will help keep our records up to date, answer employee queries and provide relevant HR information to the business. This position is perfect for gaining a broad understanding of the Human Resources function through both day-to day activities, as well as via involvement in some key HR projects. With real objectives put in place, this role will give you the opportunity to transfer your academic learning directly into the workplace.
About you:
You will also have GCSE Level 4/grade C in Maths and English Language (or equivalent). You will have great organisational skills, be IT literate including an understanding or even better proficiency of Excel, have attention to detail and preferably be great with numbers and handling data. But, more than this, we want you to be passionate about joining our brand and team, proactive, confident, customer focused and curious. To be successful at Daimler Truck UK you need to be able to build great relationships and demonstrate your ability to work in a friendly and professional manner.
