Employer description:
1. Sourcing and speaking to prospective candidates, creating and marketing job adverts
2. Completing Candidate’s registration process and follow it with compliances.
3. Accessing and taking professional references
4. Maintaining candidate’s information on Compliance and CRM Systems
5. Employing selected staff to client’s requirements.
6. General Admin duties like, attending phone calls, receiving candidates, maintaining diaries, emails and preparing paperwork for care packages.
7. Longer term, you will be contacting customers , initially in a customer care situation, but ultimately – assuming all goes well – also as a junior recruitment sales consultant.
Throughout the apprenticeship you will receive relevant in-house training and development designed to put you in a strong position to remain at the company with a full-time post on completion of the apprenticeship.
